Šibenik's fortresses St. Michael and Barone have been recording excellent results - in the first three months of this year, the fortresses have been visited by more than 14,000 visitors, and the Friends Club of Šibenik's Fortresses currently has over 2,000 members!
Due to the exceptional interest of visitors and since the beautiful and long days are here, the working hours of the fortresses are extended. Starting from April 1st, both of Šibenik's fortresses, St. Michael's and Barone, will be open for daily visitors every day from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m..
The cafe at St. Michael's Fortress, the popular Castrum, reopened its doors today for all visitors and prepared a great selection of warm and cold drinks in a beautiful setting below the most popular open-air auditorium.
We remind that the annual membership fee for the Friends Club of Šibenik's Fortresses is 50 kuna. As a member you get an unlimited entry to both revitalized Šibenik's fortresses, St. Michael's and Barone Fortress. Also, at a price of 110 kuna, which is the price of a family membership card, families with all of their children under 18 can join the Club and enjoy the magic of Šibenik's renovated fortresses.
