- Free admission: Children up to 7 years old, members of professional associations (ICOM), and persons with disabilities along with their companion. Free entry for persons with disabilities and their companion is granted upon presenting a valid national or European public document issued by the Agency for Commercial Activities (AKD).
- Family ticket applies to parents/ legal guardians and their children under 18 years.
- AR device, audio guides and other multimedia devices available at the fortresses are FREE to use.
- Combined ticket for 3 fortresses, as well as ticket for Barone & St. John Fortress (available from March to November), can be one-time used within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Visitors insurance is included.

Guided tours in Croatian and English for organized groups are available, subject to appointment and reservation.
