Croatian Music Export Office - We Move Music Croatia has announced the conference and showcase festival SHIP, which will be held from September 14 to 17 in Šibenik.
"During the day the conference part of the festival will be held, while in the afternoon and evening music professionals and the general interested public will enjoy numerous concerts by upcoming domestic and international musical newcomers", say organizers from We Move Music Croatia.
SHIP is organized in cooperation with the Public Cultural Institution Fortress of Culture and the Ministry of Culture and Media of the Republic of Croatia supports the conference.
The goal of SHIP is to present the Croatian music scene and the festival’s location to music professionals from all over the world and become a networking platform modeled on numerous showcase festivals throughout Europe and the world. The organizers will announce the speakers and musicians in the coming months.

The team of the We Move Music Croatia office announced the conference and showcase festival after returning from Eurosonic, the largest showcase festival in Europe, where they presented the work of the office to colleagues from all over Europe. Croatian musicians Fran Vasilić and freekind., who have been part of the “On The Move” section since the very beginning of the office, also performed at Eurosonic in Groningen, the Netherlands. A large audience greeted their performances at different festival locations with standing ovations, and the fact that they waited in line and many did not manage to enter speaks volumes for the interest in their concerts. Furthermore, Fran Vasilić and freekind. have proven that they are ready for performances outside the borders of Croatia and have already announced tours in several European countries.
In addition to Eurosonic, the We Move Music Croatia team presented itself to colleagues at the MAKK international author’s creative conference, the PIN conference in Skopje, the BUSH conference in Budapest, the Reconnect conference in Brno, and will participate in the Slovenian MENT in March of this year.
