The most famous Croatian professional folk ensemble Lado is performing at the St. Michael’s Fortress on Wednesday, July 22nd 2015, at 21 pm ! The Ensemble has been established 65 years ago with the aim of researching, collecting, artistic processing and stage presenting such the Croatian music and dance tradition .
This professional folk ensemble is often called a traveling museum of heritage who artistically process and performs the most beautiful examples of music and dance . They are the guardianss of Croatian culture which has a unique collection of original folk costumes of exceptional value and their dancers, musicians and singers are recognized by audiences around the world, from the Royal Albert Hall in London to the City Centre in New York or Sydney Town Hall, are just some of a stage on which they have delighted, and they will do it once again at the most beautiful stage on the Adriatic.
