On one of the most attractive Dalmatian concert locations, in the very heart of the town of Šibenik, St, Michael's Fortress, among its excellent evening events presents a three-day program called ŠIBENIK DELIGHT in mid-August! Top energetic musicians will entertain the audience between August 16th and 18th when we are expecting performances by: JAZZANOVA LIVE feat. PAUL RADNOLPH, DJ EDDY RAMICH, KIRIL DJAIKOVSKI feat. TK WONDER & MC WASP, DJ FOOD, VLATKO STEFANOVSKI and MIROSLAV TADIĆ.
JAZZANOVA LIVE feat. PAUL RANDOLPH will perform on Sunday, August 16 at 10 p.m, They are a collective from Berlin and are considered one of the most deserving promoters of musical styles such as nu-jazz, chillout and jazz house, connecting dub and brazilijana, jazz and house music, African music and downbeat with techno and minimal techno. The DJ set of Jazzanova is an invitation to all music lovers who are ready to accept the new and the distortion of the old views on music - and certainly for those ready to dance.
At the after party from 24h-04h they will be supported by a well-known Croatian DJ EDDY RAMICH.
At Monday. August 17th at 22 p.m. the audience will be entertained by the well-known, KIRIL DJAIKOVSKI feat. TK WONDER & MC WASP. With a successful musical career for more then two decades, Kiril Djaikovski is undoubtedly one of the most respected electronic artists from the Balkans. It is considered that he is one of the first music producers who presented the Balkan sound to the modern dance production - Internationally known as the "Balkan Beat phenomenon". Djaikovski has composed music for known movies by Milča Mančevski (Before the Rain) and he performed at festivals such as Pohod, Woodstock, Exit Festival, Repercussion Festival and others.
After Djaikovski's concert, the team from DJ FOOD project will be in charge of the atmosphere from 24h-04h. Best known for the release of Jazz Breaks Series, led by British DJ Kevin Foakes aka Strectly Kev, DJ FOOD created a number of top remix editions, albums and compilations of electronic music.
Tuesday, August 18, is reserved for the famous duo:VLATKO STEFANOVSKI and MIROSLAV TADIĆ. Stefanovski, also known as the frontman of the former Macedonian group Leb i sol, and Tadić (born in Tuzla, educated in ex-Yugoslavia, Serbia, and since 1979 has been living and teaching in Los Angeles, USA) have released a series of solo albums, as well as three joint ones: "Kruševo" (1998), "Live in Belgrade" (2000) and "Third mother" (2004). On those albums they mostly recorded remixes of ex-Yugoslavian folk songs which will be the backbone of the repertoire that the audience can expect at the concert which is as part of the series ŠIBENIK DELIGHT, which will be performed by this guitar virtuoso duo as a part of their the European tour. The concert starts at 9 p.m..

St. Michael's Fortress Friends Club gets more again! For all of the members of the Friends Club that present their membership card at the Fortresses box office up to August 10th the ticket package price costs 210 HRK, or 90 HRK for the one day ticket. For purchases from August 10th through August 16th the ticket package price will cost 255 HRK, or 100 HRK for the one day ticket.
