The event in Šibenik is the only concert in the region that has been included in a major World Tour. The popular British band Morcheeba was founded in the mid-nineties in the breakthrough time of trip hop on the international music scene. Due to the great mixing of influences of R'n'B, blues and pop, and especially thanks to the peculiar voice of Skye Edwards, Morcheeba earned the affection of the audience with the first album "Who Can You Trust" and since then gained an army of loyal fans all around the world.
The set list for the concert in Šibenik will include all of the most important moments of na almost two decades long career of this legendary band such as "Trigger Hippie '',''Part of the Process'', ''Rome Was not Built In A Day'', ''Blindfold'', ''The Sea'', ''Never An Easy Way'', "Shoulder Holster'', ''Gimme Your Love'', ''Be Yourself'', ''Otherwise'' and many others. Morcheeba is one of those bands that have built up a special relationship with the Croatian audience after a number of great concerts. Without a doubt, the divine and distinctive voice of Skye Edwards will impress Šibenik's audience with new songs that have a unique musical expression, which are a return to the root sound that made Morcheeba famous in the late 1990s. Morcheeba's frontman Ross Godfrey explained in the concert announcement: "The ambience of the St. Michael's Fortress stage is unreal and beautiful and it seems as if it was created for our music. We look forward to the new concert for our Croatian audience. "
The new album will be released in September. It reminds of the Morcheeba's platinum album Big Calm and is a combination of the emergent enthusiasm and years of experience. With the old recognizable hits Šibenik's audience will enjoy the new musical expression on which ''Clear My Mind'', ''Medecine'', ''Silent Way'', ''Light of Gold'' and ''Feet First'' rely.
