Parov Stelar and Stereo MC's are headliners of the New Year's celebration in Šibenik, known as 321 FEST, which will bring together international and local acts on two stages for the last three days and nights of the year, providing a musical backdrop to bid farewell to this year!
The New Year's party kicks off on Saturday, December 30th, with the exceptional DJ and electro-swing pioneer, Parov Stelar. The party continues into the last night of the year, on Sunday, December 31st, featuring Stereo MC's—a tried-and-true recipe for an excellent time.
Parov Stelar is renowned for his exhilarating blend of electronic music with traditional swing and jazz. He will be accompanied by talented musicians on stage in front of the UNESCO-protected cathedral in Šibenik.
Over the past two decades, this musician has crafted his unique genre, with live performances best capturing the energetic essence of his music. Combining traditional and modern dance music, Stelar always brings a special energy to his performances. His appearances at popular festivals such as Glastonbury, Coachella, or Lollapalooza, along with collaborations with music stars like Lana Del Rey, Tony Bennett & Lady Gaga, continually affirm Stelar's reputation as a global star!
El Siciliano, Stelar's official DJ on tours, will handle the warm-up, and the night will conclude with DJ Antonio Zuzu from Zagreb.
Four years after their memorable performance that welcomed the year 2020 in Šibenik, Stereo MC's, one of the longest-standing hip-hop dance electronic groups consisting of Rob Birch and Nick Hallam, are ready for another round of New Year's celebration.
We know for a fact that the audience won't resist dancing to the rhythmic beats of their hits like "Connected," "Step It Up," "Deep Down and Dirty," or "We Belong in This World Together." This will undoubtedly be the case on New Year's night. Felver, a DJ with over 25 years of experience, will take care of the warm-up and afterparty in front of the cathedral. The full lineup for the stage in Park 29 on December 29, 30, and 31 will be revealed soon! On those days, we will be dancing both day and night, promising fantastic concerts for those who love to dance to excellent local and top-notch international acts.
Until then, the people of Šibenik and visitors can anticipate a beautiful festive experience at the Christmas fair - Adventura, which opens on December 1 with Matija Cvek & The Funkensteins. Throughout December, performances will include Balkan Zoo & Nina Ćorić, Neno Belan & Fiumens, Nika Turković, Kuzma & Shaka Zulu, Ljetno kino, and many other local artists!
