Barone Summer Cinema

The summer film season at Barone will once again feature screenings of carefully selected titles from domestic, European, and international independent productions, held on its regular Wednesday schedule. As every year, some evenings will be enriched with guest appearances from film crews and discussions with the audience.

The program of Barone Summer Cinema is co-financed by HAVC (Croatian Audiovisual Centre), and the films are brought by Fortress of Culture in collaboration with the Zagreb and Subversive Film Festival, the Mediterranean Film Festival Split, Zagreb's Dokukino KIC, and the traveling Kino Mediteran.

From this year, Barone Summer Cinema is part of Europa Cinemas, the most prestigious European network of independent cinema exhibitors.

The film program coordinator is Jelena Svirčić.

Subtitles are available in Croatian and English.
