Balkan Zoo feat. Nina Ćorić

Balkan Zoo, composed of bassist and composer Mario Rašić along with Nina Ćorić, will be performing at Barone Fortress as part of the Barone Jazz Festival on August 14th!

For the past 10 years, Balkan Zoo has been promoting music with Balkan elements in new, modern arrangements. On their latest album 'Recycle,' they present traditional Roma songs transformed into a progressive world music expression. On stage, they will be joined by vocal soloist and flamenco singer Nina Ćorić!

Through their interpretation of well-known Roma songs, these exceptional musicians aim to bring the audience closer to the cultural heritage of the Roma people and build new bridges of understanding and friendship.

Balkan Zoo consists of Nina Ćorić (vocals), Reo Radan (keyboards), Amir Karalić (guitar), Ngadhnjim Istrefi (clarinet), Zvonimir Bajević (trumpet), Mirsad Dalipi (drums), and Mario Rašić (bass guitar).

Tickets for the concert starting at 9 PM are available for €6 online and at the City Point in Šibenik fortresses. Members of the Friends Club can enjoy a 10% discount on ticket purchases upon presenting a valid membership card at the box office.
